Chester, West Virginia – Frank R. Seitz, 82, of Wellsville passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018.

Frank was born February 9, 1936 in East Liverpool a son of the late Ray F. and Dorothy M. Heald Seitz.

Frank was an independent truck driver for Eazor Express for over thirty years hauling steel. He also worked for Anchor Motor Freight hauling cars from Lordstown before retiring in 1994.

Frank was a member of the Teamsters Union. He had many hobbies which included boating and water skiing when he was younger. Frank enjoyed the outdoors and loved cutting timber and woodworking.

Preceding Frank in death were his wife Nancy L. Doughty Seitz on February 1, 2014; son Dan Seitz; daughter Linda Earich; brother Louis Seitz and two sisters Mary Jett and Jane Peterson.

Surviving are his daughter Sue (Randy) Richardson of East Liverpool; son Mark Seitz of Warren; four grandchildren Justin (Jillian) Richardson, Julie (Matt) Gates, Heather Earich and Zachary Earich; five great grandchildren Bryce, Brooklyn, Owen, Kaiden and Bennett and brother William “Butch” (Glenda) Seitz of East Liverpool.

Friends may visit Friday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery of the St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ will conduct a funeral service Saturday 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Following the service, friends and family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for fellowship.

Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
