Kolkata, India – Steven J. Taylor, 60, of Bathinda, India formerly of East Liverpool passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at AMRI Hospital in Dhakuria, Kolkata, India unexpectedly with lung cancer.

Steven was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 2, 1958. Steven served his country in the US Marine Corp where he served as a C 130 Navigator. He worked as a national air traffic controller for 11 years from 1986 – 1997 in Aurora, IL. Steven was currently operating Carmel Convent School in Bathinda, India which he owned and operated with his wife since 2010. His ambitions surpass him with a new eight acre expansion of his Carmel Convent School in Bathinda, India.

Steven was preceded in death by his father David K. Taylor.

Surviving are his wife Rinky Roy Taylor of Bathinda, India; son David (Maria) Taylor of Honolulu, HI; daughter Angela (Mando) Bermudez of Beaumont, CA; mother Louise McIntyre of East Liverpool; sister Maria (Stuart Smith) Taylor of Hagerstown, MD; brother Robb Belser of East Liverpool; four grandchildren and former spouse Julieta Taylor of Moreno Valley, CA.

A private service will be held for the family at Riverview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
