Dear Judy, Tom and I were friends since Junior High. When I practiced law in East Liverpool I always appreciated Tom's legal brilliance. He worked hard and zealously in the representation of his clients. In short, he was an excellent lawyer. I was President of Kiwanis when we conceived of the idea to start a soccer league. I spoke to Tom about it and the rest is history. He did 100% the work to organize it and he was the one who maintained it. After I moved to Cleveland, Tom would call me every time he came to Cleveland so we could have lunch together and catch up. I will miss that. I was truly saddened when I heard the news of Tom's passing. Judy, you have my deepest sympathy. Sincerely, Terry Kapp
